Reservations after the early deadline:

You may still be able to secure reservations through the hotels directly, based on availability and the prevailing rate.

Hotel Changes and Cancellations:

Please send any changes and/or cancellations directly to the hotels. Cancellation of hotel reservations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a one-night room and tax charge to your credit card.

Shuttles:

All hotels are within easy walking distance to the convention center. Shuttles will be provided to social events not within walking distance.
